Sunraysia Football & Netball League had a generic website that was outdated, provided a poor experience for users and did little to promote the club or their sponsors.
The new website needed to provide more value for league members, sponsors as well as the general community.
The league community needed to be regularly informed about upcoming football & netball matches as well as other events and activities.
This goal was met through a consistent news stream as well as efficient integration with a sports administration application, Play HQ.
League and club organisers as well as community members needed to easily access administration resources such as policies, forms and important information.
To meet this challenge, we integrated an application that allowed SFNL to easily manage documents on the back end and website visitors to quickly find them on the front end.
The league needed to have a website that looked professional and promoted Football & Netball in the Sunraysia region.
Whisk assisted the SFNL to redefine their purpose as well as promote a culture of teamwork, community and professionalism.
User experience was a priority, we mapped out a simple layout that is free of clutter and enjoyable to use.
Information is easy to find, copy is easy to read and understand and the purpose of the SFNL is clear and coherent.
The end result is a website that is on brand, looks professional and is easy to use for anyone in the community.
The website has been well received by the league community and we look forward to working together on more projects to promote the league.
“Whisk helped to define the goals of the website then mapped out the best course of action to meet those goal. Throughout the process they were easy to deal with and thorough in their consultancy. The end result is a website that we can easily manage ourselves, alongside the support of Whisk.”
